Thank you so much Dale for our wonderful entertainment as Mr. Pirate. The kids (and adults) loved the character and had so much fun! We had more kids turn up than expected and Dale worked really well under pressure from the little people. He also rang me a day before to confirm details and arrived right on time. It was also an easy experience communicating with Fly By Fun, with all emails answered promptly - thanks Brooke and Shey!

Do. Not. Use.Made a booking months in advance, paid the extravagant 2 hour fee in full.No one showed up.Had to make calls and chase up what was happening, confirmed no one was coming and then wasn’t not promised a full refund.Avoid disappointment, avoid this service.

Hi, my partner and I were actually really disappointed especially after paying a fair bit of money.We ordered the Elsa package where she was meant to sing and do all sorts of fun with the kids. Firstly She was late, there wasn't any effort into the Elsa costume at all kids were questioning where her hair was and why she didn’t have Elsa shoes on or Elsa eyeshadow. there was no singing no games and she was on her phone. The kids got a few lizard and Batman glitter tattoos and played a scavenger hunt where she made the kids hide it. Very disappointed and wouldn’t be using this company again esp after paying $300 for an hour. They were also very pushy with payment.

Our purple / blue fairy was absolutely incredible- kind, patient, enthusiastic and so good with the children. I would highly recommend Alejzandia for party hosting - she is outstanding:)

This was the first time using Fly By Fun and I doubt it will be the last. With only a few weeks' notice, I was so pleased to be able to book the Hulk (Dale) to attend my daughter's fourth birthday. Gee was very helpful and prompt in following up with me and securing the booking, and the communication was great from the team (Gee, Brooke and Dale) prior to the day. Dale was great on the day, arriving promptly and adapting to some of the hesitant children. The games were suitable for the ages (4-7) and all the adults had a good laugh as well.As an aside, I really appreciated the fact that the characters available for booking weren't separated into boys" and "girls" categories. My daughter and I often encounter old school thinking that certain characters

They contacted me the day before the party that the entertainer couldn't come. They messed up our party plans and all of my family contacted all entertainment company the day before the party. And went around all day to prepare the game just in case it couldn’t hire. My son almost lost his 5th birthday party and my family suffered mental and physical damage from it. Fortunately, I hired an entertainer who was on a day off but I spent an extra $200 to hire an entertainer urgently. This can happen to everyone and I would not recommend this company. Unless you want to ruin your party.

We have had two parties using Fly By Fun and the children loved the entertainment. The booking service is professional, well organised and the friendly staff communicate and confirm all details in the lead up to the event. Will definitely book again!

Our beautiful “Purple & Blue Unicorn” was absolutely wonderful!!!She gleefully came skipping towards our birthday group in the park, with one big amazing big smile on her happy, friendly face.She entertained the children with age-appropriate activities for a 6 yr old: songs & dance, parent-inclusive parachute activities, balloon animals while her off-sider painted fairies (for girls) & monsters (for boys) on the children’s forearms.She happily availed herself for photos opportunities with the kiddies.All the girls & boys joined in & absolutely LOVED the experience she professionally provided.I even had the parents enquiring about her company’s contact details for their Little One’s next party! A brilliant & excellent success!THANK YOU Fly By Fun.

1 star is too generous for the most disappointing experience we went through. The entertainer failed to make an appearance, I was fortunate that my child is only 4 and he was too distracted to realise there was no face painting, games or balloon animals as we had told him there would be. I hope they are forthcoming with the full refund as they were taking it a week in advance. Never again, $377 plus travel fee is quite a steep charge when you have such unprofessional entertainers"."

We had superman for my daughters 9th birthday and took some time getting the kids to get involved and interested but he did a few games and some balloon animals with the kids. We sung happy birthday, cut the cake and then took some photos
